Welcome to our Beginner’s-Level cooking class!

Attendees will learn:
  • safe & practical knife skills
    • how to hold a knife
    • how to properly clean & store knives
    • different cuts (e.g. julienne, dice, chop)
  • basic principles of cleaning and sanitization
    • keeping a work space clean
    • hand washing
    • rinsing produce
