Cooking 103 (Lawrence, 3-4:30pm – 9/17, 9/24, 10/1, 10/8)

Attendees will learn about concepts as well as continuing to hone skills developed independently or in previous classes. Concepts that will be covered: 5 flavors, flavor manipulation, using varied cooking techniques (e.g. basting, roasting, frying). Cook/Take home: 4 advanced recipes
