This thoughtfully designed, walkable 28-acre neighborhood features a blend of single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, apartments, office space, a farm-to-table restaurant, and a community pool.
A key element of this development is the North End Apartments—a housing initiative that fosters connection among residents of diverse backgrounds. As Carmel’s first apartment community to dedicate a portion of units specifically for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), it marks a meaningful step toward true community integration. The Village of Merici will provide on-site support services and learning opportunities for residents seeking greater independence within this inclusive environment.
