Over 4 weekly classes, participants will learn recipes from different parts of the globe. Learn to craft authentic dishes from Asia, Europe, and the Americas while discovering the stories and techniques behind each one.
Each participant is given a take-home recipe and leftovers every week.
- Week 1:Â Guacamole & Salsa
- Week 2: Çilbir (Turkish Eggs)
- Week 3:Â Dumplings (pork & vegetarian)
- Week 4:Â Borscht
